REFUND POLICY

1) Standard Refunds:

Full refunds are available for cancellations made 10 days before the check-in date.

Cancellations made between 5 and 9 days before check-in will receive a [partial refund percentage] refund.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 4 days of the check-in date.

2) Non-Refundable Bookings:

Certain promotional or discounted bookings are non-refundable. This will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

3) Early Departure:

No refunds will be issued for early check-outs or unused nights after check-in unless exceptional circumstances apply, subject to management discretion.

 

4) No-Show:

If a guest does not check-in on the scheduled date without prior notice, the total booking amount will be forfeited, and no refund will be provided.

 

5) Modifications:

Date changes or modifications to bookings made after the cancellation window closes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges or be ineligible for a refund.

6) Force Majeure:

In cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of both parties (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), refunds or credits may be issued at the discretion of the homestay management.

7) Refund Processing:

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days through the original payment method. Transaction fees, if applicable, may be deducted.

This policy ensures fairness while helping us manage our availability efficiently.
